On Monday April 27th, 2009 Sadeem Al Kuwait signed a Contract with Kuwait Supply Co. For Construction, Completion and Maintenance of their Project "KUWAIT SUPPLY MAIN STORES" , With Total Project value 3,311,000 K.D.

On Monday April 27th , 2009 Sadeem Al Kuwait signed a Contract with Ministry Of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs for " Renovation , Construction of Their Various Sites in Kuwait " , With Total Project value 2,950,000 K.D .

On Wednesday 11th March 2009, 'SAK' got upgraded classification to the "FIRST' Category Grade which is the highest classification and qualifies for the large 'MEGA PROJECTS', from KUWAIT CENTRAL TENDERS COMMITTEE, the only authority to qualify local contractors based on their performance in executing various completed and in progress projects.

On Saturday February 07th, 2009 Sadeem Al Kuwait signed a contrtact with Bawbaet Al-Sharq Real Estate Company for The Civil works Package of Al-Hayat Commercial Complex Project at Shuwaikh Area with 5512 M2. Total value KD 1,390,000 .

On Saturday 19th July 2008, Sadeem Al-Kuwait Signed a contract with RAFCO International Real Estate Co. to Construct, Completion , Maintenance and handover “ RAFCO OFFICE TOWER" with total 36 Floors at Sharq area, . project value KD.7,278,000 Only)

On Sunday 13th April 2008 Sadeem Al-Kuwait, established it's Abu Dhabi Office, under Licence & Commercial No. 1140335 as Sadeem Al Kuwait General Trading & Contracting Company - Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.

On Sunday 28th May 2008 Sadeem al Kuwait signed Contract with Mazaya Real Estate Development Co., to Construct Completion, Maintenance and Hand over their Medical Clinics At Jabriya a multistory high rising tower for the total value of KD.3,819,860/-.

On Sunday 11th May 2008 Sadeem Al Kuwait signed a contrct with Wafra Real Estate Co. to Construct, Maintenance and Hand over 3 Building Complex 'JABRIYA RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX' at Jabria area with total area of 4000 M2, and total value of the Project KD.4,350,000/-

On Wednesday January 31,2007 Sadeem AL Kuwait signed contact with Kuwait Finance House for construction of their 12 Nos. new branches at various location in kuwait value KD.4,000,000.

On Tuessday November 07, 2006 Sadeem Al Kuwait signed a contrtact with Al-Mazaya Real Estate Develolpment for 7 Zones Showroom Projeect at Shuwaiikh Area with 22500 M2. total value KD 2,954,000 .

On Saturday 8th August, 2004 Sadeem Al-Kuwait CO. sign a contract with M/s. Fahad & Mussaed Yousaif Al-Mailam. For Construction & Maintenance of Costa Del Sole Hotel 125M. Height.- Shaab with a total value of KD. 2,850,000/
